摘要
专业建设是高职教育发展的基本单元,专业建设的成败关系到整个学院的可持续发展。目前,部分高职院校已开始实施专业负责人管理制度,这为进一步强化高职教育的内涵建设,促进专业建设提供了制度保障。笔者认为在专业建设中引入"有效教学"理念,构建出体现效益、效果、效率良性循环的策略体系,将会成为专业负责人在下阶段开展专业建设工作的整体思路。

Now, many highimplement the Professional -Leader system. The author think that it is introduced the philosophy of ＂effective teaching＂ in the major construcwhich includes efficiency, effect and benefit.
