摘要 根据燃气轮机实际运行的热力学过程,建立了某型燃气轮机正常运行状态下的数学模型,在该正常模型的基础之上运用小偏差法得到小偏差方程组。然后向小偏差方程组中引入故障因子,最终获得标准故障模型。结合气路故障性能参数变化判据,确定出典型气路故障与测量参数之间的隶属度大小关系。最终获得典型气路故障的测量参数变化判据,为燃气轮机气路故障诊断奠定基础。 In this paper,the mathematical model of a certain kind of gas turbine working in normal operation condition was built based on the actual operation of gas turbine thermodynamic process.On the basis of this model,small deviation equations were obtained by using small deviation method.Then,the standard fault model was obtained through introducing fault factors to the small deviation equations.Combined with variable criterion of gas path fault performance parameters,the membership relationship between typical gas path faults and measurement parameters was confirmed.Finally,the variable criterion of typical gas path fault measurement parameters was obtained,which could lay the foundation for gas path fault diagnosis of gas turbine.
