摘要
[目的]总结急性心肌梗死(AMI)病人行静脉溶栓治疗的护理。[方法]对58例AMI病人行静脉溶栓治疗,同时加强一般护理、心理护理及溶栓治疗的护理配合等。[结果]58例AMI病人再通50例,未通8例。[结论]加强AMI病人行静脉溶栓治疗护理是治疗成功的保证。
It summarized nursing care of acute myocardial infarction（AMI） patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis treatment.Methods：A total of 58 AMI patients accepted intravenous thrombolysis treatment.At the same time,general care,psychological care and nursing coordination of thrombolysis therapy of all cases we strengthened.Results：Among all 58 cases,50 patients were recanalized.And only 8 cases were not in recanalization.Conclusion：To strengthen the nursing care of AMI patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis is the guarantee of successful treatment.
