摘要
高校安全保卫队伍素质建设必须与时俱进,坚持以科学发展观为指导和原则,把科学发展观作为指导工作和个人发展的理论支撑和战略引领。本文试就科学发展观视域下的高校安保卫队伍素质建设展开讨论,探索高校保卫队伍素质提升的长效机制。
The quality construction of defense in college must develop with the times.Adhere to the scientific concept of development and principles,take the scientific outlook on development as guidance and personal development as support theory and strategy guidance.This paper discusses on the construction of scientific concept of development as the domain to defend the quality,and explores the long-term mechanism to enhance the quality of defense in college.
