摘要
目的:提高骨盆骨折的确诊率,减少误诊、漏诊。方法:对25例CT确诊为骨盆骨折的完整资料回顾性分析。结果:通过螺旋CT扫描确诊骨盆骨折25例,其中骨折合并盆腔血肿5例,闭孔内肌挫伤1例,膀胱破裂1例。结论:骨盆骨折可以通过螺旋CT扫描明确诊断,并通过螺旋CT扫描了解骨折的走行、碎骨片的移位及有无盆腔脏器损伤。
objective： To improve pelvic fractures diagnosis, reduce its misdiagnosis, methods： 25 patients with pelvic fractures under piral CT examination were retrospectively analyzed, result： 25 cases with pelvic fractures were finded by spiral CT examination. Complication of pelvic fracture were pelvic hematoma in 5 cases, traumatis musculus obturato rius internus in 1 case, vesical rupture in 1 case. Conclusion： CT can improve pelvic fractures diagnosis. Pelvic fractures shape pieces and complication can be properly found with CT scan.
