摘要
目的:了解医务人员的职业倦怠水平,探索影响职业倦怠的因素的关系。方法:采用Maslach工作倦怠普适量表(MBI-GS)等对194名内科及精神科医护人员进行调查。结果:工龄、受教育程度等对职业倦怠有一定影响。精神科医护人员低成就感明显,情感枯竭显著;内科护士情感枯竭高于精神科。医务人员情感枯竭与职业满意度各维度负相关性明显。玩世不恭与职业满意度各维度、社会支持总分、客观支持及支持利用度呈负相关;低成就感与社会支持总分、主观支持呈负相关,与精神质及神经质呈显著正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,工龄、内在满意度及有无子女3个因素能有效预测医务人员情绪枯竭程度(P<0.05)。内在满意度、工龄、社会支持总分及有无子女4个因素能有效预测医务人员玩世不恭程度(P<0.05)。精神质、受教育程度、职务、婚姻及神经质5个因素能有效预测医务人员低成就感程度(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员的职业倦怠明显,特别是精神科医师的职业倦怠不容乐观。
Objective:To explore the level of burnout in clinical medical staff and its related factors.Method:The Maslach burnout inventory-general survey(MBI-GS) and other scales were administered to 194 doctors and nurses.Results:The length of service,education level are related to the job burnout.Compared with the doctors and nurses working in general hospital,those working in psychiatric hospital have significantly lower feeling of accomplishment and more emotional exhaustion,The nurses working in general hospital have higher levels of burnout than those in psychiatric hospital.Either measure of emotional exhaustion was negatively correlated to either dimension of job satisfaction.Cynicism was negatively related to job satisfaction and social support.Low accomplishment was negatively related to the total scores and subjective support of social support,and positively related to N and P of EPQ-RSC.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that length of service,intrinsic satisfaction,child number were predicting factors for emotional exhaustion(P0.05).Intrinsic satisfaction,length of service,total social support and child number can predict cynicism(P0.05).Psychoticism,length of service,administrative functions,marriage and neuroticism are significant predictors of low accomplishment(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical medical personnel have obvious burnout,especially in psychiatrist.
