摘要
文章从孝文化角度分析了老龄化背景下我国城市老年居住发展概况、机遇与挑战,并基于不断变化的孝文化,探讨了未来我国城市老年居住模式的发展趋势,提出若干完善城市老年居住模式的应对性策略,使城市老年住房的发展形成满足老年人多重需求、互为补充的多元化居住模式。
Based on filial piety culture, this paper analyses the development situation, opportunity and challenge of China＇ s urban housing for senior citizens in the context of aging problem. It discusses the development trend of senior housing patterns in accordance with the change of filial piety culture, and puts forward some strategies for perfecting these patterns. It will help diversify the development of the urban housing for senior citizens and complement residential patterns to meet with multiple needs of the elderly.
