摘要
于2006年初在滨州市高科技示范园果树区开始进行了实验,测定分析了大棚温度、光照及相对湿度等大棚环境因子对油桃果实大小、色泽、含糖量、含酸量及维生素C含量的影响。试验结果表明:光照是影响果实品质的主导因子;大棚果实发育动态与5℃的有效积温回归高度显著;高温可提高果实含糖量,降低含酸量;相对湿度对果实品质影响不大。
This experiment has started to carry out in early 2006 in fruit tree's region of the high--tech demonstration park in Binzhou City. The effect of vinyl--house environmental factors such as temperature, light and relative humidity on nectarine's fruit size, color, sugar and organic acids content, and Vitamin C rats are analysed. The results show that the dominant factor affecting the fruit quality is light;the fruit development dynamics is negatively correlated with recursive height of the cumulative temperature of 5℃ ; high temperature can enhance the nectarine's sugar content but reducing the organic acids content; And relative humidity has little effect on fruit quality.
