宁夏大学体育馆屋盖钢管桁架安装技术 被引量:8

INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY OF TRUSS OF STEEL PIPE FOR GYMNASIUM ROOF OF NINGXIA UNIVERSITY

摘要 宁夏大学体育馆造型独特,施工工艺复杂,其屋盖钢管桁架结构由舞台区与观众区两个独立的屋盖结构体系构成,在安装上没有连续性。针对该项目屋盖钢管桁架结构的特点及施工难点,重点介绍舞台区落地钢管桁架临时支撑的搭设、钢管桁架的吊装就位;观众区转换桁架临时支撑的搭设、高空散拼、放射状主桁架整体吊装等技术。利用在转换桁架下搭设钢平台的施工方案,不但加快了施工进度,而且为后续穿插施工提供了工作面,提高了投资效益。该吊装方案明显优越于搭设满堂脚手架的方案,对于同类项目的施工具有一定的参考价值。 Gymnasium of Ningxia University is Unique in its shape construction technology is complex,the steel truss roof is made of stage and audience area system,and its installation has no continuity.Aiming at construction difficult point of truss structure of steel pipe,some key technologies of steel pipe truss are mainly discussed,including the erection of stage area steel truss temporary support and installation of audience area support of transform truss,high-level assembly,and integral lift of radial main truss so on.Using the scheme of erecting steel platform,under transform truss,the construction is speeded up and the economic benefit is also improved.The lifting scheme is far superior to the full scaffolding installing scheme,which may be a reference for the construction of similar projects.
