摘要
文章以大学后继续教育的根本价值取向、本质属性、目的、学员的实际情况及时代发展特点为确立大学后继续教育培养目标的理论依据,并在进行问卷调查和理性思考的基础上,构建了包括良好的思想道德素质、健康的心理素质、突出的创新素质、高水平的业务素质和高度的文化素质几大方面的大学后继续教育培养目标体系。
This article is based on the tbllowing several aspects to establish training objectives'system of further education after university : the basic value orientation, the essential attribute, the purpose, student' s actual situation and the era development characteristics. In addition to these theoretical basis, according the conducting surveys and rational thinking, training objectives ' structure system of further education after university was constructed, including good moral, healthy psychological quality and outstanding quality of inno- vation, a high level of professional competence and the heigh cultural quality.
