基于Ansys的大型风电机组偏航连接系统计算方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 塔架和偏航连接系统的安全运营是风力发电机组运转平稳可靠及高效利用风能的前提,但由于后者结构复杂,影响因素众多,对其进行有限元分析计算难度很大。文中应用Ansys有限元分析软件,以某大型风力发电机组为工程背景,对其塔架结构进行整体强度分析,建立其偏航连接系统的多螺栓及多层连接计算模型,并对该系统的计算方法进行研究。内容包括对偏航连接系统的有限元模型进行整体扫掠网格划分,考虑螺栓预紧力影响,定义三组接触面进行非线性计算,并对偏航轴承进行有效模拟。文中对偏航连接系统的计算方法进行有益探索,计算分析结果对风力发电机组偏航连接系统及其他组件的有限元分析和设计具有积极意义。 The safe service of the yawing connect system(YCS) and tower are the precondition of the wind turbine's stable operation and high efficiency to utilize the wind energy source.The finite element analysis(FEA) of YCS is difficult because the structure is very complex and there are many influence factors.Taking the large wind turbine as engineering background,the global strength of the tower is analyzed and the model of YCS is established with multi-layer and multi-bolt.By making use of the FEA software Ansys,this paper focus on the calculation method of YCS,which includes meshing the overall FEA model of YCS with sweep grid,taking consideration on the bolts' preload,proceeding non-linear calculation with three sets of contact face and effectively simulating the yaw bearing.The presented calculation method of YCS is useful and positive to the design and fea analysis of wind turbines' YCS or other components.
