摘要
文章以自制的Fe3O4纳米颗粒为催化剂,采用催化氧化法处理含苯胺和对硝基苯胺2种芳胺模拟废水。通过单因素条件实验分别考察了反应时间、反应温度、pH值、催化剂用量及H2O2的用量等因素的变化对模拟废水中芳胺去除率的影响。结果表明,处理100 mL含苯胺模拟废水的优化条件为:反应时间60 min,温度40℃,pH=3.5,H2O2(15%)的用量1 mL,催化剂Fe3O4用量11 mg;处理100 mL含对硝基苯胺废水优化条件为:反应时间4 h,温度60℃,pH=3.6,H2O2(15%)的用量1.2 mL,催化剂Fe3O4用量9 mg。在优化条件下的重复实验表明,2种含芳胺废水中芳胺的去除率均达99%。
Home-made Fe3O4 nano-particles were applied as catalyst in the catalytic oxidation treatment of aniline or p-nitroaniline contained simulated wastewater.The influence of the change of the factors,such as reaction time,temperature,initial pH value,the amount of catalyst and H2O2,on the removal efficiency of arylamine was investigated by single-factor experiments.The treatment conditions of 100 mL aniline contained wastewater were optimized as follows: the reaction time was 60 min,the temperature was 40 ℃,the initial pH value was 3.5,the amount of H2O2(15 %) was 1 mL,and the amount of Fe3O4 was 11 mg.The treatment conditions of 100 mL p-nitroaniline contained wastewater were optimized as follows: the reaction time was 4 h,the temperature was 60 ℃,the initial pH value was 3.6,the amount of H2O2(15 %) was 1.2 mL,and the amount of Fe3O4 was 9 mg.Repeated experiments under the above conditions indicate that the removal efficiency of aromatic amine is 99%.
