摘要
文中提出了一种基于嵌入式微处理器LPC2294及实时操作系统μCOS-Ⅱ的储油罐区测控系统智能节点的设计方案。给出了储油罐区测控系统的总体结构和智能节点硬件设计,论述了智能节点的工作流程,详细阐述了基于μCOS-Ⅱ操作系统的CAN总线通信,最后给出了智能节点在μCOS-Ⅱ操作系统下的软件实现。本系统已应用于某储油罐区测控现场。实践证明该智能节点性能稳定、可靠性高、实时性好、扩展方便,有效解决了目前储油罐区测控系统基于串行通信存在的不足,具有广泛的应用价值。
The design scheme of intelligent nodes based on embedded micro-processor LPC2294 and real-time operation system μCOS-Ⅱ for storage tank farm measure-control system were expatiated.Overall design of the system and the hardware design of intelligent nodes were presented,and the working steps of intelligent nodes and CAN bus communication of the system were discussed.The system's software based on μCOS-Ⅱ realization was introduced.This system was used in some storage tank farm measure-control locale.Practice proves that intelligent nodes,which are with steady performance,high reliability,good real-time,efficient and security performance,convenience scalability,reliability and extensive application value,can handle the problem in the present storage tank farm measure-control system based on serial communication,and meet the need of oil warehouse information construction.
