摘要
目的探讨教师工作价值观与工作绩效的内在关系。方法采用自编教师工作价值观问卷和工作绩效问卷,对645名中小学教师进行了测量,运用SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果教师工作价值观与工作绩效间存在显著的正相关,但相关系数较低;利他奉献、安全稳定及声望地位维度是任务绩效、工作奉献及总体绩效的预测指标,利他奉献、安全稳定及人际关系维度是人际促进绩效的预测指标,利他奉献与安全稳定进入了工作绩效的所有回归方程。结论教师工作价值观与工作绩效存在显著相关,并能在一定程度上预测其工作绩效。
The study examined the correlation between teachers' work values and their job performance, and explored the forecasting ability of teachers' work values on their job performance. The study investigated 800 teachers' work values and job performance with Teachers' Work Values Questionnaire (TWVQ) and Teachers' Job Performance Scale (TJPS). All teachers were sampled from 10 primary and secondary schools of 5 provinces and there were 645 valid subjects. The self-designed or revised measurement tools had good reliability and validity, and were fit for psychometric rules. The data were analyzed with the methods of Pearson Productmoment Correlation, Canonical Correlation Analysis and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis by SPSS for Windows 17.0 Edition. The results indicated that teachers' work values significantly correlated with their job performance positively and teachers' work values could interpret their job performance through canonical factors: The correlation coefficients of altruism & devotion and job performance were the highest, but overall, the correlation coefficients were not high. Altruism & devotion, security & stability and prestigious status were the predictors of task performance, job dedication and overall performance. And altruism & dedication, security & stability, interpersonal relationship dimensions were the predictors of interpersonal promotion. Altruism & devotion and security & stability entered into all the regression equations for the job performance. And it also indicated those two work values of teachers would significantly affect their job performance. To conclude, teachers' work values are remarkably correlated with their job performance, and the former can effectively predict their job performance to some extent. In short, the study preliminarily reveals the mechanism of teachers' work values influencing their job performance with a variety of analytical methods.
