摘要
文中介绍了循环流化床锅炉广泛使用的几种风帽形式及主要问题,分析了某国产200MW CFB锅炉风帽漏渣的原因,采用数值模拟方法得到了2种钟罩形风帽的压力场和速度场,结果显示数值模拟与实炉测量结果接近,数值模拟技术可以作为今后风帽设计中的重要工具。
In this paper, the probIem and characteristics of air nozzle on CFB boilers is introduced, also, the reason of bed material breakthrough distributor are describer in detail. The velocity field and pressure field of two bell-type air nozzle have been put forward after numerical simulation and the reasons of bed material breakthrough distributor have been analysis. In fact, the distribution of characteristics of resistance is very important for air nozzle. It' s a good way to use numerous simulations to aid air nozzle design in future.
