摘要
目的研究PDCA循环理论在社区高血压患者健康教育中的应用。方法对226例纳入高血压慢性非传染性疾病规范化管理的患者进行基于PD C A循环的健康教育方法,采用问卷方式对管理前后的知、信、行进行比较。结果管理前后患者对高血压防治知识的知晓情况、健康信念形成情况、健康行为形成情况均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论基于PD C A循环的社区高血压患者健康教育模式具有实用性。
Objectives To investigate the applicationon PDCA circulation of community hypertension patients with health education.Methods All 226 patients were chose into standardized management of chronic disease on hypertension,then gave them health education on PDCA circulation,and filled in the questionnaire before and after education,which contains knowing,trust and practice.Then we compare the questionnaire above.Results We found that patient＇s awareness of knowledge on the prevention and treatment of hypertension,the formation of health belief and health behavior were all improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The PDCA circulation of community hypertension patients with health education mode is practical.
