摘要
在对佛山中小型制造企业ERP运用的现状进行调查的基础上,从ERP的运行情况、维护情况给企业带来的管理效益和经济效益等方面,找出实施过程中存在的问题,提出有针对性的对策和建议。旨在激烈的市场竞争中,通过ERP的有效实施和运用,提升中小型制造企业竞争力。
On the basis of the investigation into the ERP application in Foshan small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,finds out the problems of ERP implementation in the application process in foshan small and medium erterprises in such areas as ERP operation,maintenance,and managial and ecnomical benefits and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This thesis is designed to promote competitive advantages of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises thourgh effective application of ERP in the intensely competitive market today.
