胱抑素C的生物学特性及临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 血清胱抑素C(Cystatinc,CysC)是一种非糖基化的碱性蛋白质.广泛存在于各种组织的有核细胞和体液中,近年来,许多研究发现胱抑素C是一种更好地反映肾功能的理想指标,它与临床上常用于反映肾小球滤过功能的指标如血清肌肝、尿素氮等相比,具有检测范围宽,灵敏度高,重复性好等优点,有良好的应用前景。现就胱抑素C生物学特性及临床应用作一概述。
