摘要
为了研究混联机床的静刚度,首先利用Solidwoks建立2TPT-PTT混联机床的三维实体模型,采用有限元方法对混联机床的刚度进行研究。在Workbench环境下,建立了2TPT-PTT混联机床的静刚度有限元模型,并对机床在不同受力情况下的静态刚度进行分析。研究结果表明:该机构Z向的刚度远大于X、Y向的刚度,其中虎克铰及平行机构的刚度是影响机床整体刚度的重要因素。
The 3D model of 2TPT-PTT hybrid parallel machine tool is set up and the finite element method is used to analyze the static stiffness.The FEM model of static stiffness of 2TPT-PTT hybrid parallel machine tool is built in Workbench and the static stiffness is studied with different force.The result indicates that the static stiffness in Z direction is larger than the stiffness in X and Y directions and the hook joint and parallel mechanism are the important factors to effect the stiffness of the whole mechanism.
