摘要 [目的]优化栀子中栀子苷的提取工艺。[方法]以料液比、提取温度、提取时间为考察对象,栀子苷提取率为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上采用正交设计得到最优提取条件。[结果]栀子苷最优提取条件如下:60%乙醇为提取剂,料液比1∶4,提取温度75℃,提取时间3 h。在此条件下,栀子苷提取率高达12.59%。[结论]适宜的提取条件能提高栀子苷提取的效率和稳定性。 [Objective] To optimize the extraction process of geniposide from Gardenia jasminoides.[Method]Solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction duration were taken as investigation objects,and the extraction rate of geniposide as index.The optimum extraction process was obtained through orthogonal design on the basis of single factor test.[Result]The optimal extraction conditions of geniposide were as follows: 60% alcohol as extractant,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶4,extraction temperature of 75 ℃,extraction duration of 3 h.Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of geniposide reached as high as12.59%.[Conclusion] The efficiency and stability of geniposide could be improved by suitable extraction conditions
