摘要
当前大中专德育话语存在普遍的失当低效问题,要扭转这一局面,德育话语应遵循"五性"(适用性、对话性、时效性、修辞性、主体间性)原则,探索行之有效的"如何说学生才肯听,如何听学生才愿说"的德育话语策略,使德育话语能体现时代精神,坚持以人为本,突出学生主体地位,贴近学生现实生活,了解学生心理需求,关注话语修辞语境,变控制、强制为交流对话,与时俱进,因材施教,以建构有效的大中专德育话语。
In consideration of the ineffciency of present college education of ethic for associate students,it is advisable to follow the principles of feasibility,dialogism,timeliness,rhetorics and inter-subjectivity for a relatively practical moral education.Ethic education should be students-orientated,convey the spirit of times,show care for students and keep an eye on the rhetoric impact of discourse.Teachers are expected to talk in a manner that can make students willing to listen,to find out what they want to say,thus to get closer to students' mind and to launch in-depth communications with students.
