摘要
针对某些家电彩涂板经过一定时间的放置或在加工使用过程中发生的局部表面光泽明显降低(即失光)现象,利用扫描电镜和电化学方法对高光泽家电彩涂板涂层表面与脱漆后基板表面的表面形貌及化学成分的分析,确定了家电彩涂板表面失光缺陷是由涂前的基板表面形成镀层氧化物造成的,通过盐雾试验对比,确定了该缺陷对彩涂板的耐腐蚀性能具有严重影响,并提出了改进措施,减少家电彩板表面失光缺陷的发生除了要加强涂前工序控制外,还要避免将彩涂板存放在高温高湿的环境中。
Through the analysis of surface morphology and chemical composition of the coatings and the base sheet of high gloss household appliances sheet by using SEM and electrochemical test, it was found that the surface gloss reduction of prepainted sheets for household appliances was caused by the local oxidized layer on base shect before painted. The results of salt spray test showed that the surface gloss reduction could affect the anti - corrosion property seriously, and the improvement methods to reduce the oxidation on the base sheet were given.
