摘要
以水稻品种豫粳6号为试验材料,研究了在孕穗期喷施不同浓度(0、10、30、50、70 mg/L)ALA对水稻光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施ALA后,能够提高净光合速率,增加叶绿素含量,改善光合特性;提高水稻的结实率和粒重;增加产量,增幅达1.41%~14.46%。其中以喷施ALA30 mg/L的效果较好。
Using the Yujing 6 as experimental material,effects of different concentrations(10 mg/L,30 mg/L,50 mg/L,70 mg/L) of 5-Aminolevulinic acid(ALA) applied at booting stage on dry matter accumulation,transportation and grain yield were studied.The results showed that leaf spraying ALA could promote photosynthesis rate,increase chlorophyll content and better photosynthesis characteristic,raise grain ripening percentage and grain weight,increase yield(the range was 1.41%~14.46%).And the optimum concentration of ALA was 30 mg/L.
