摘要
以两年生灰木莲叶片为材料,对其叶长、叶宽、叶长×叶宽与叶面积进行回归方程的建立、检验及比较。结果表明:采用5个回归方程拟合,叶长、叶宽、叶长×叶宽与叶面积之间均存在一定的相关性,且各回归方程差异达极显著水平,但以叶长×叶宽与叶面积的回归方程拟合得最好;经验证,以叶长×叶宽与叶面积的线性回归方程和叶长×叶宽与叶面积的幂函数回归方程2个方程理论值与实测值的误差率较小,在±1%之内,能比较准确地测量灰木莲的叶面积。
The regression equation between leaf area and leaf length,leaf width,leaf length×leaf width were established and tested by measuring the second year leaves of Manglietia glauca.They were also compared.The results showed that there were certain correlation between leaf area and leaf length,leaf width,leaf length×leaf width by fitting five regression equations and their difference reached at the very significant level.But the regression equations among leaf area and leaf length×leaf width were the best.It was testified that the error rate estimated between the practical values and the theoretical ones calculated by linear regression equation and power regression equation between the leaf area and leaf length×leaf width was below ±1%.These equations could be applied to calculate the leaf area of Manglietia glauca with comparatively high accuracy.
