摘要
从30对AFLP引物中筛选出9对多态性较好的引物,对29个粤糖系列甘蔗品种及其主要亲本进行分析,结果表明,每对引物的多态性位点平均为62个,多态性位点率为81.7%。29个甘蔗品种的遗传相似系数介于0.4436～0.8463之间,平均为0.7042,遗传多样性属中等水平。遗传相似系数分析表明,在系谱中亲缘关系密切的品种其遗传相似系数一般较高,但也有例外,如粤糖83-251和粤糖83-257(GS=0.6545)、粤糖83-251和粤糖83-271(GS=0.5168)都是"CP72-1210×华南56-12"组合的后代,但遗传相似系数并不太高;粤糖93-159和粤糖00-236(GS=0.5578)都是"粤农73-204×CP72-1210"组合的后代,但遗传相似系数也较低。
Genetic diversity in 29 prominent YT series sugarcane varieties was studied using 9 pairs of polymorphism primers selected from 30 pairs of AFLP primers.The results showed that the average polymorphic loci per pair of AFLP primers was 62,and percentage of polymorphism loci was 81.7%.The value of dices genetic similarity index of 29 varieties varied from 0.4436 to 0.8463,with an average of 0.7042,which implied that the genetic diversity among the YT varieties analysed was at middle level.Genetic similarity coefficient analysis,close relatives in the pedigree breeds in the genetic similarity coefficients were generally higher,but some varieties were exceptions,such as YT83-251and YT83-257（GS = 0.6545） YT83-251and YT83-271（GS = 0.5168）,which were＂CP72-1210 × South 56-12＂ combination offspring,but the genetic similarity was not too highwere under different clusters.YT93-159 and YT00-236（GS = 0.5578） were＂Yuenong 73-204 ×CP72-1210＂ combination offspring,their genetic similarity coefficient was also low.
