摘要
对3个大型新型干法水泥厂的助磨剂大磨试验结果进行统计分析,以水泥净浆流动度和混凝土坍落度作为评价指标,考察助磨剂对水泥与减水剂相容性的影响,以期得到与工程应用接近的结论。结果表明,如果没有经过针对水泥与减水剂相容性的特别设计,一般助磨剂将对水泥与减水剂相容性产生不利影响。在助磨剂中加入小分子分散剂可以改善水泥与减水剂相容性,改善的幅度可达0min水泥净浆流动度增加30~35mm,60min水泥净浆流动度增加50~56mm,净浆流动度经时损失减少约20mm。
In order to make the conclusion of test approach to the real engineering application,the effect of grinding aids on compatibility of cement and water reducer were studied by the industrial tests that were carried out in three PC cement plants,and those results were statistically analyzed.The effects of grinding aids on compatibility of cement and water reducer were evaluated by cement paste fluidity and concrete slump.The results showed that the normal grinding aids have negative effect on compatibility of cement and water reducer if there is no special designee that aiming at the compatibility of cement and water reducer.The addition of small molecular dispersant to grinding aids would improve the compatibility of cement and water reducer.The 0min cement paste fluidity would increase 30~35mm,and 60min cement paste fluidity would increase 50~56mm,finally the time slump loss of concrete would decrease 20mm.
