摘要
旅游合作中的基本要素在于各个合作节点,边境口岸是跨国旅游的一种特殊空间节点。首先从理论推理视角,探讨了边境口岸旅游合作的内在机理,即以边境口岸建立起来的合作地带通常具有极强的旅游导引功能与良好的可达性,处于相邻国家(地区)间旅游合作、开发的优选区位,成为跨国旅游合作初期阶段的基本空间形态之一。以新疆为例,分析了新疆口岸旅游合作时空格局的基本特征,即在发展时序上,先后以地缘驱动、经贸驱动为主要合作驱动特征;在地域空间结构上,新疆口岸具有广域对外辐射性、边境城镇后向依托性等基本特征,并以新疆吉木乃口岸为实证分析,进一步论证了边境口岸旅游合作发展的可行性与重要性。最后初步探讨了新疆口岸跨国旅游合作的总体机制与实现途径。
Cooperation node is the base element of tourism cooperation,which distribution and nature often decides the form and characteristic of tourism cooperation spatial structure.The frontier port is one kind of special spatial node of transnational tourism.Firstly,from theory inference angle of view,this paper has discussed tourism cooperation intrinsic mechanism the frontier ports,namely the cooperation region establishes by frontier port usually has the greatly strengthened tourism guiding function and good accessibility,which is optimal position of tourism cooperation in the neighboring country(area),becomes initial period stage of fundamental space shapes of transnational tourism cooperation.Taking Xinjiang ports as example,this paper has analyzed the essential feature tourism cooperation space and time pattern in Xinjiang,and takes Jeminay port as the empirical analysis,has further proven the feasibility and the importance of tourism cooperation development of frontier port.Finally,it has discussed tourism cooperation overall mechanism and pathway of Xinjiang ports.
