不同危险分层高血压的血压季节变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解不同心血管危险分层的高血压病患者血压的季节变化。方法按危险分层随机抽取中山大学原发性高血压病教职工共120例,年龄45~80岁,性别不限,测量夏季和冬季的血压情况,了解低危、中危、高危、很高危四种危险分层的患者血压在夏季和冬季的变化情况。结果低危、中危者,血压在夏季与冬季的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),高危、很高危者,血压在夏季与冬季的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论不同心血管危险分层的高血压病患者,其血压季节变化的差异性不同。
