影响农民创业因素的研究述评 被引量：33

摘要 农民创业具有不同于其他群体创业的特征,本文对国外关于影响农民创业的内在因素和外在因素研究进行了梳理。农民企业家的个人特质对其成功有很大影响,包括受教育程度、创业心理和创业技能、社会资本以及性别等;而外在的自然环境、传统文化和政策支持等因素同样对农民创业具有重要影响。未来我们应加强农民创业生态环境研究和创业绩效研究,并强化我国特殊国情下的农民创业研究。
