摘要
以装甲车辆传动装置的传热仿真为研究对象,提出了综合考虑摩擦产热、传热及传动油流动的传动装置综合传热仿真模型,实现了传动装置固体部件传热网络与传动油和冷却空气流动网络的耦合求解,确定了传热仿真流程。对某型车辆传动装置的传热进行了仿真,得到了产热量和传热量的分配关系、传动装置零部件的温度以及传动油的流动等信息,预测了传动装置中高温易于失效的危险部件,分析了环境温度及散热器入口空气流速对传动装置传热性能的影响。仿真结果与试验值符合较好,说明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
The integration heat transfer simulation model of armored vehicle transmission was developed in which the friction heat generation,heat transfer and oil flow were taken into account.Meantime,the coupled solution of transmission solid thermal-network between liquid-network of oil and air was implemented.As well as the whole calculation flow chart was presented.Using the simulation model,the distribution of heat generation and heat transfer,also the temperature distribution of transmission components were displayed.And the oil flow was calculated.The components which were easy to fail because of high temperature were predicted.The heat transfer performance change with the environmental temperature and air velocity in heat exchanger entrance was displayed.The results of simulation basically agree with the tested data and it is showed that the model is correct and valid.
