静脉注射小剂量呋塞米CT泌尿系成像的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨静脉注射小剂量呋塞米对CT泌尿系成像的影响。方法 6只体质量9~11 kg实验用狗,分别用两种不同方法进行CTU检查:传统组、速尿组,每种方法实施间隔>3 d,分别观察图像质量、尿路显示的连续性、尿路的对比剂密度及尿路管径,并进行相关数据的测量。结果速尿组CTU泌尿系解剖结构显示效果及尿路连续性的显示评分高于传统组;速尿组管腔内CT值低于传统组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间各段管腔内径值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静脉注射小剂量呋塞米可以使输尿管完全充盈,输尿管连续性显示佳,且肾盂、输尿管对比剂CT值明显减低,放射伪影减少,便于观察,成像质量优于传统组。 Objective To explore the influence of low-dose furosemide injection in CT urography.Methods six healthy dogs weighing between 9 and 11 kg underwent MDCTU,separately by two different methods: Traditional Group,Furosemide Group,each enforcement interval greater than three days.Respectively to observe the image quality,continuity and urinary tract display contrast medium density,and measurement of related data.Results The scores of anatomy structure and continuity of the urinary system of Furosemide Group are higher than the Traditional Group;Mean scores of CT value of Furosemide Group was significantly reduced than Traditional Group.CT value of the lume between Furosemide Group and Traditional Group exist significant differences(P0.05);The experimental groups about the ureteral lumen expansion degree difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Low-dose furosemide injection successfully improves the quality of CT urography,leading to improved distension,contrast material dilution.
