摘要
采用硫酸作为浸出剂,研究了赤泥中3种金属铁、铝和钛的浸出工艺。通过考察反应温度、反应时间、液固比、硫酸浓度、赤泥颗粒粒径、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对浸出率的影响,确定了3种金属离子的最佳浸出工艺条件。实验结果表明,将粒径为0.15~0.18 mm的赤泥颗粒于600℃下焙烧5 h后,在温度为60℃,硫酸浓度为12 mol/L,液固比为5的条件下反应1 h,Fe、Al、Ti的浸出率分别为46.7%、63.3%和54.3%。此外,实验还采用扩散控制的收缩未反应芯模型对浸出反应的动力学进行了研究,通过对实验数据的模拟分析,得到了3种金属的浸出动力学方程。
A systematic study has been made on the leaching of Fe,Al and Ti from red mud with sulphuric acid as leaching agent.Through the investigation on effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid to solid phase ratio,concentration of sulphuric acid,particle size of red mud,calcination temperature and calcination time on the leaching rate,optimum conditions for three metals were determined.Experimental results showed that at reaction temperature 60 ℃,sulphuric acid concentration 12 mol/L,liquid to solid phase ratio 5,reaction time 1 h,particle size of red mud 0.15~0.18 mm,calcination temperature 600 ℃ and calcination time 5 hrs,the leaching rates of Fe,Al and Ti were 46.7%,63.3% and 54.3% respectively.The reaction kinetics was studied with unreacted shrinking core model and the kinetic equations of three metal ions were determined through simulation analysis of experimental data.
