新型多参数水质分析仪流路控制系统的设计 被引量:5

摘要 以单片机为核心,运用十联体电磁阀、三通阀和微型步进蠕动泵等流控器件设计新型多流路控制系统。对比测试结果表明,该系统能完成20多种流路切换,进样速度快,加样误差小于1%,能快速、高效地清洗进样通道,并避免交叉污染,而且成本低、不易堵塞、稳定性良好。 A novel multi-stream control system was proposed for multi-parameter water quality analyzer.The MCU-cored system consisting of streams control devices of ten conjoined solenoid valves,three-way valve and step peristaltic micro-pump has characteristics of low cost and less plugging and high stability compared with the streams systems composed of multi-position valve and injector pump.Testing results show that this system can achieve streams switching among over 20 streams,8mL/min sample rate,less than 1% sampling error,a quick cleaning and elimination of cross-contamination.
