摘要
针对再热蒸汽温度烟气挡板控制调温的灵敏度较差、调温幅度较小的缺点,设计了挡板控制系统的程序,以加大烟气的变化量和克服挡板的非线性来提高机组热效率。在此基础上进行负荷带变动试验和升负荷试验。试验数据及曲线表明,再热汽温度控制系统采用烟气挡板控制的方法满足品质指标要求。
Considering the poor sensitivity and limited temperature regulation range,the program for baffle control system was designed to increase gas variation and overcome gas baffle nonlinearity to improve the thermal efficiency of units.The test figures and curves for variable loads show that the reheat steam temperature control system equipped with gas baffle can meet the quality requirements.
