摘要
本设计以单片机89 s52为控制核心,结合现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)以及外围测量电路制作了一个网络频率特性测试仪。该测试仪以集成DDS芯片AD9851作为测试信号源,利用AD637进行有效值检测,整形电路及FPGA内部的数字逻辑电路完成对被测网络相位差的测量,实现了对被测网络的幅频及相频特性的测试功能,可以在全频范围和特定频率范围内自动步进测量,并可手动预置测量范围及步进频率值。通过D/A输出还可以将两者的曲线在示波器上显示出来。
Having the 89S52 MCU and the field programmable gate array(FPGA) and the external circuit integrated,a network frequency characteristic tester was developed to test signal source with AD9851 DDS chip,and to detect RMS with AD637 and to measure network phase difference with shaping circuit and FPGA internal digital logic circuit and to test network amplitude-frequency and phase characteristic;the automatic stepping measurement can be implemented within full and specific frequency and its measurement range and stepping frequency can be manually preset;through DAC output,their two curves can be displayed on the oscilloscope.
