摘要
提出了一种新型气体压力控制技术的实现方案,引入PID控制算法通过伺服电机调节气缸活塞的位置来控制气压。在压力传感器校准中,既可以产生线性变化的气压用于切换误差检定,也可产生稳定的气压用于示值检定,所设计的方案已成功应用于全自动压力校准仪。测试结果表明,该气压控制实现方案提高了气体压力的控制精度,在计量检定领域具有良好的应用前景。
A new kind of pneumatic pressure control is presented.The PID algorithm is introduced to control pneumatic pressure by adjusting the position of a cylinder piston with a servo motor.Linear-change pressure can be built for verification of switching error and stable pressure can also be built for verification of indication error in calibration of pressure transducer.This design is applied in an automatic pressure calibrator.The experiment results indicate that the control precision of pneumatic pressure is improved and the method is very promising in metrological verification field.
