摘要
近年来,我国中小企业发展迅速,成为我国国民经济的重要力量。然而,中小企业在发展过程中所面临的融资困境已经成为制约其发展的首要难题。本文依据利益相关者理论,深刻剖析了中小企业融资难的成因,并结合我国国情和中小企业的实际特点,提出了破解这一难题的措施,从而为解决中小企业融资难问题提供了思路。
In recent years,the rapid development of SMEs in China has become an important force in our national economy.However,the financing difficulties have become the primary factor that hinder their development.Based on stakeholder theory,the paper profoundly analysis of the causes of difficulties in financing small and medium enterprises and small and medium enterprises with the actual situation of our country,we propose measures to solve this problem,to solve the problem of financing small and medium enterprises provide a guideline.
