结构方程模型在城乡人群高血压影响因素分析中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析宁波市北仑区城乡人群高血压影响因素的直接与间接作用,为高血压防治提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷调查6978名居民的高血压相关信息,并利用结构方程模型构建模型,通过评价修正来确定最佳模型。结果模型拟合较好,GFI为0.947,AGFI为0.941,NFI为0.976,CFI为0.968,RMSEA为0.025及其95%可信区间为0.016~0.039。高血压患病的主要影响因素是体型、高血压家族史、社会特征及不良生活行为。结论结构方程模型分析高血压影响因素收到较好的效果。 Objective To analyze the direct and indirect outcomes of influencing factors on hypertension among population in Beilun, Ningbo, and to provide the evidence for the hypertension prevention and treatment. Methods Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect hypertension -related information of 6978 residents in Beilun. Ningbo. Structural equation model was used step by step, and the final structural equation model was built by comprehensive evaluation and necessary modification. Results The model was fit well in the study and its GFI, AGFI, NFI, CFI, RMSEA were O. 947,0. 941, 0. 976, 0. 968 and 0. 031 respectively, and the 95% confidence interval located in the range of 0. 016 -0. 039 respectively. It was concluded that the main factors influencing hypertension were somatotype, the family history of hypertension, family economy status and bad life behavior. Conclusion Structural equation models could be established and effectively analyze the influencing factors of hypertension.
