摘要
通过分析我国工读学校"半工半读"的属性、工读学校教育对象和程序、工读学校中的九年义务教育及其学习年限的相关规定的不足,并借鉴发达国家和地区的相关规定,从而对我国现有规定提出改进的意见。
Through analysis on the characteristics, the candidates and the procedures of enrollment of the work - study schools, the lack of the nine years compulsory education in work - study schools and the relevant provisions of schooling years, this paper draws the relevant provisions from the developed countries and regions and gives suggestions for the improvement of our country's existing regulations.
