摘要
建设创新型国家是党中央作出的事关具有中国特色社会主义建设全局的重大战略决策。理性剖析了当前大学数学教育喜忧参半的现状和乐观积极的发展趋势;通过对大学数学教育与创新人才培养的内在联系的阐述,提出大学数学教育在培养学生的创新意识和创新能力方面具有独特的地位和难以替代的重要作用;号召广大数学教育工作者进一步提高认识,以高度的责任感积极投身于数学教育的宏伟事业中去,为建设创新型国家和中华民族的伟大复兴作出自己应有的贡献。
Building up a socialist society with Chinese characteristics with a focus on the construction work of an innovative country is one of the greatest strategies and policies held up by CPC party.In this article,the current situation of mathematic education and the developing trend are expounded in a logical way.By interpreting the relationship between college mathematics education and cultivation of creative talents,we can find that our college mathematics education really plays such a peculiar and irreplaceable role in aspects ranging from mentality-innovation cultivation of the students to their novelty-abilities＇ training.Therefore,the majority of mathematics tutors in teaching field are called upon here to donate their whole-life energy and diligence into this grand cause of college mathematics education project with a highly-developed sense of insight and responsibility.As a result,the college mathematics teachers ought to make greater contributions to the construction work of an innovative socialist country as well as the Chinese national rejuvenation.
