摘要
淖尔油田自投入开发生产以来,随着油田含水率的不断上升,注采、集输系统的结垢问题日趋严重。针对淖尔油田结垢的特点,选取N22-20、N22-60井作为研究对象,实验分析了温度、成垢离子浓度、CO2、H2S、pH值等对油田结垢及阻垢效果的影响,通过正交实验确定了各因素对结垢的影响主次顺序,实验结果表明:Ca2+浓度对油井的结垢影响最大,其次分别是温度、阻垢剂加量、HCO3-浓度、SO42-浓度、pH值,Mg2+浓度影响程度最小。
Scaling problem is a common destructive problem in oil production system.It has been associated with each part of oil production.Since the development & production of Nao'er oil field,along with the oil field water content rising,the scaling problem of injection,gathering and transportation system have happened,and growed seriously.In view of the scaling characteristics of Nao'er oil field,N22-20,N22-60 wells were selected as research objects.This paper analysed the influences of the major factors,such as temperature,concentration of scaling,CO2,H2S,pH value on the field scaling and antiscaling effect,and used the orthogonal experiment to determine the impact of various factors on the scale primary and secondary order.Experimental results show that Ca2+ concentration has the greatest impact on oil well scaling,followed respectively by temperature,scale inhibitor dosage,HCO-3 concentration,SO2-4 concentration,pH,and the smallest influence by Mg2+ concentration.
