摘要
以三氯化钆(GdCl3)为络合剂,以甲酸和盐酸作为混合溶剂,配制不同络合比的PA6/GdCl3溶液,涂膜制得试样;采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析、X射线衍射、差式扫描量热仪和紫外-可见光分析等方法对试样的结构进行研究,并探讨稀土离子在整个PA6体系中所起的作用及络合比对整个体系性能的影响.结果表明:稀土离子与PA6在混合溶剂的溶解下发生了作用,稀土离子破坏了PA6分子间的氢键;络合比对络合能力有很明显的影响.
Using gadolinium trichloride (GdC13) as complex agent, formic acid and hydrochloric acid as mixed solvent, the solution systems of PA6/GdC13 with different complex ratios are prepared. The structures of different PA6 samples are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffreaction (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and UV-vis spectroscopy to discuss the action of Gd3+on the whole PA6 system and the effect of complex ratio on the performance of system. The results show that the chemical interaction happens between gadolinium ions and PA6 by destroying the internal hydrogen bonding of PA6, and the complexation is influenced by the mole ratios between gadolinium ions and PA6.
