新铁炮百合种子发芽技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 观察了温度和药剂对新铁炮百合(Lilium formolongi)种子发芽的影响。结果表明,温度对发芽率和发芽势均有显著影响,发芽率最高的处理温度是恒温10℃和低温→恒温5℃→15℃,发芽势最好的是恒温15℃和低温→恒温5℃→20℃;用浓度为1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的PVA(聚乙烯醇)和20%、25%、30%的PEG(聚乙二醇)进行种子处理对发芽无明显影响。 The effects of some important factors,such as temperature,PVA,PEG,on seed germination of Lilium formolongi were studied in present paper.The results indicated that the temperature had a significant effects on germination rate and germinating viability.The treatments of constant temperature 10℃ and 5℃ to constant temperature 15℃ had the highest germination rate.The treatments of constant temperature 15℃ and 5℃ to constant temperature 20℃ had the highest germination viability.The PVA contents of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0% and the PEG contents of 20%,25%,30% had not significant effects on germination rate and germination viability.
