摘要
粗直径单股钢丝绳具有较大的破断拉力、较高的耐腐蚀性、较高的弹性模量及良好的不旋转性能,市场前景广阔。按照美国ASTMA586-2004a(镀锌线接触和点接触钢绞线》标准研发不同结构粗直径单股钢丝绳。工艺设计方案:采用线接触加多层点接触结构,相邻层钢丝等捻角(17°~19°)捻制;对拉拔及热处理工艺进行优化,半成品拉拔部分压缩率≤32%,成品拉拔后几道采用钠系拉拔粉,控制部分压缩率≤28%,采用直接水冷模盒;给出镀锌槽溶液及镀前表面处理的工艺参数;捻制工装采用自制筐篮式无极调速、工字轮可翻身捻股机。按此工艺方案,以1×145(1—9—9—9+9—18/24/30/36)结构、050.8mm单股钢丝绳为例进行生产,给出钢丝绳设计参数,成品全部为A组镀层、2级品,符合标准要求。

According to American ASTM A 586-2004a Galvanized Line Contact and Point Contact Steel Strand standard to research different structure large diameter single strand steel wire rope. Process design scheme: by using line contact with muhi-point contact structure, adjacent layer steel wires spin with equal lay angle ( 17° - 19°) ; to optimize drawing and heat treatment technology, semi-finished drawing part compression ratio ≤32% , the last drawing passes of finished products use Na series drawing power, and to control part compression ratio ≤28% , and use direct cooling module; the parameters of galvanized bath and preplating surface treat- ment are given ; laying equipment uses self-made basket type stepless speed regulating and spool reversible strander. Based on above scheme and produce as 1 × 145 (1 -9 -9 -9 + 9 - 18/24/30/36) structure and diameter 50.8 mm single strand steel wire rope and give steel wire rope design diameter. All finished products meet standard requirement with A group coating and 2 level.
