摘要
通过分析高层建筑火灾案例,阐述高层建筑消防设施存在的问题,如:疏散时烟气进入疏散楼梯的三个原因;现有规范规定的消防设施无法扑灭立体式燃烧的火灾;现有云梯消防车扑救能力有限。建议规范的制定加强对施工过程的监管,建议加强对疏散时是否可以使用电梯以及住宅建筑是否应加设报警广播系统进行讨论。
The problems of fire protection facilities in high-rise building were elaborated with the examples of high-rise building fire,like the 3 reasons for smoke getting into the emergency staircase,the facilities set as the Codes required can not put out the big tridimensional fire,the capability of aerial ladder fire truck is limited.Enhancing the management to construction precession in Codes and discussing on the usage of elevate in evacuation were suggested.Discussion on whether to add the emergency broadcasting system was suggested too.
