摘要
目的:评估非医学专业女大学生对乳腺癌知识的掌握程度及健康教育的需求,对其进行健康教育,分析健康教育座谈会提高该人群对乳腺癌知识与乳房自检法的认知水平与自我保健意识的效果。方法:利用方便抽样的方法,对我校200名非医学专业女大学生举行健康教育座谈会,并于座谈会前后发放问卷,评估其健康教育需求,以及评价健康教育实施的效果。结果:健康教育座谈会实施前后,200名非医学专业女大学生乳腺癌知识和乳腺自检相关知识问卷成绩有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:通过健康教育座谈会对女大学生进行乳腺癌相关知识的健康教育能够有效提高大学生群体的自我护理意识,促进其维持良好的生活方式,增强了护生社区实践能力和专业综合素质。
Objective :To assess health education needs to breast cancer - related knowledge among non - medical female college students, and to analyze the effectiveness of health education conducted by symposiums to this health group. Metheds:200 non - medical female students were selected under convenience sampling, and then assessed their health needs as well as evaluated health education through dispatching selfdesigned questionnaires before and after symposiums. Results: There was significance sense before and after health education for 200 non - medical fenale students on breast cancer knowledge and selcheck. ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Health education conducted through symposiums can improve the reality of self - protection and promote the maintenance of good lifestyle among female college students, enhance practical skills and general competence of nursing students.
