摘要
以广西某既有住宅节能改造试点工程为例,通过分析不同的技术方案,提出了针对广西地区既有住宅节能改造行之有效的技术措施,并运用节能计算软件对其节能改造前后的能耗情况进行模拟计算分析,以此检验该住宅楼的节能改造效果。
The energy renovation of an existing residential building is expounded with analysis on various technical schemes.The effec-tive technology is proposed for Guangxi.The energy simulation software is used for evaluating energy efficiency changing before and after the renovation and checking the energy-saving renovation.
