摘要
中国非营利体育组织的研究主要集中在概念、特征、功能和改革等方面,对其社会责任缺乏应有的关注。因此从非营利体育组织的概念和属性出发,探析作为市场失灵与政府失灵的有效补充和公众利益表达的机制,非营利体育组织承担社会责任就成为一种必然,其社会责任的具体形式包含道义责任、法律责任和社会公共责任等。
The research of Chinese non - profit sports organizations mainly focuses on the concepts, characteristics, functions and reform, but it lacks due attention to their social responsibilities. So based on the concept and attributes of such sports organizations, the paper explores and analyzes the mechanism as an effective supplement to market failure, government failure and public interest expression, with the conlusion that non - profit sports organizations will inevitably take the corresponding social responsibilities, including moral responsibility, legal responsibility, social public liability and so on.
