摘要
针对栓焊钢结构进行焊接过程应变监测。首先对结构进行焊接应力数值模拟,然后依据数值仿真的结果,建立钢结构焊接过程应变监测系统。整个试验过程包括:测量槽的设计、应变花的粘贴、设备导线的排布、试验平台的搭建、试验过程的检测以及试验数据的后期处理。试验结果表明,此栓焊钢结构的焊接过程中,产生应力峰值的时间是焊接上焊缝第8道;上焊缝焊接完成后最大应力在靠近上翼缘的第一排外侧螺栓处,45°主应力值为187 MPa,当焊接下翼缘后,应力值降为163 MPa;试验与数值模拟结果基本相符。
This paper researches on monitoring of strains on weld and bolts steel structure during welding process.The start with,the numerical simulation of welding stresses have been carried out.Moreover,according to results of the numerical simulation,the onitoring of strains on steel structure during welding process system was established.The test proceeds as follow;design of measuring slot,sticking of Strain gauge,distribution of equipment wires,establishment of experimental platform,monitoring of testing process,post-treatment of experimental data.Results of test show that;during welding process of this structure,the top of stresses had created when eighth-pass of the upper weld were done;As accomplishment of upper weld,first line of upper flange length on bolts have created the top stress,the value of 45° main stress up to 187 MPa,when the lower weld was done,the value of stress reduced to 163 MPa,results of test are basically consistent with the numerical simulation.
