摘要
在钢结构的焊接过程中,由于焊接区域的局部收缩和应力作用将产生焊接变形,焊接变形会影响钢结构的尺寸精度、安装要求和施工进度。阐述了焊接变形的控制方法和减小焊接应力的一些措施。从焊缝坡口设置、选择合理的焊接顺序、采取反变形措施和对称焊接四个方面可有效减小钢结构的焊接变形;从焊缝设计、焊接材料和焊接参数选择、焊接工艺布局、适当的热处理措施和振动时效处理五个方面来降低钢结构的焊接应力。
In the steel structure welding process,obviously welding deformation is produced in structure welding becaues of local shrinkage and stress.The welding deformation are key influencing factors of structural size accuracy installation and construction schedule.This paper mainly expounds the welding deformation control method and some measures to reduce the welding stress.Take necessary measures such as reasonable design the rational choice of welding sequence,take some instead deformation measures and welding symmetrically method can eftectively reduce the welding deformation.The five measures are used principally to relieve internal strains of the structure welding such as welding design welding material and parameter selection process planning the necessary heat-treatment and vibration again.
